Meetings and events begin at The Newport Harbor Hotel and Marina!  Our property is located in the heart of downtown Newport, RI, and is ideally situated to allow your guests to be immersed in “The City by the Sea!”

When your group meets at The Newport, you will have our undivided attention!  Unlike larger hotels, our property offers an intimate setting with truly personalized service.  Our facilities can accommodate corporate and association meetings, team building outings, retreats, reunions, and social group functions for 10 to 250 attendees.

Our picturesque Marina Lawn and Deck set on Newport Harbor provides an idyllic backdrop for any occasion including wedding ceremonies, clam boils, cocktail parties, brunches, and dinners of 25 to 150 guests.  The Marine Suite and adjacent outdoor deck overlooking the marina is also a spectacular option for any reception or special occasion meal from 30 to 75 guests.  The ballroom accommodates groups up to 250 guests and is beautifully appointed.

The food is exquisite and our menus can be customized to suit your individual needs.  Our staff will ensure that your next meeting or special event is a success by making certain your expectations are exceeded.  You don’t have to take our word, just ask our Clients.  When your guests gather at The Newport, you will have our undivided attention – from the initial planning stage to your post-function review, the service is exemplary!

All of our meeting rooms offer complimentary WiFi high-speed Internet access.  The Newport’s Sales & Catering team will also arrange for your audio-visual needs.
